Touches meant to bring back memories, including a penny candy jar, brown craft paper to wrap purchases in and candles in scents like Gingersnap Cookies and Grandma’s Kitchen, rest on the counter of the Shabby Shed’s new home, 6101 Tower Ave., in front of owner Lorraine Peterson. The consignment shop specializes in antique and unique items and opens for the season at the new site this week, from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
