KUWS News Director Mike Simonson works on a story about the Windchill Law on Monday afternoon at the KUWS studio on the UWS campus. It was that kind of day-to-day news that kept Simonson from finishing “Forever Ace: The Richard Bong Story,” until he received encouragement from northern Wisconsin’s astronaut, Col. Jeffrey Williams.
