Members of the Superior Jaycees dragon boat team row in Superior Bay Monday near Barker’s Island as they train for the ninth annual Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival, which takes place this weekend. Nearly 90 teams are slated to participate in the event, which raises funds for local rotary clubs and the SMDC breast program.
