Sara Jackson, administrative coordinator for Superior Public Museums, discusses the rich history of the fire department vehicles on display at The Old Firehouse & Police Museum on Monday. The museum at 402 23rd Ave. E. is offering free admission all year long to allow visitors to get a glimpse of the historical firefighting gear, rigs, communication devices and police memorabilia used in Superior’s past. The museum is open for self-guided tours Thursday through Sunday.
