Dr. Len, You gave me my start in education 22 years ago and I will never forget that. You were a great listener, thinking, leader and role model. You have influenced who I am as much as anyone else in my life. You will be missed but never forgotten. Ray Kosey

Dr. Len was a great boss. We always joked that I was the first teacher he ever hired. He listened, and always thought before he gave you an answer in his quiet voice. When negotiating with him on teacher's contracts you knew he would be honest and fair. I valued our friendship over these many years.Carlene and family you have my deepest sympathy. Debbie Ritzinger
