I remember Dick from my first REAL job at the DOT. He was a kind gentleman willing to help, each time I saw him later in life he would engage in a quality conversation not the old hi how are ya stuff. I was unaware that he'd moved and I had begun working out of the area in 1991. I will miss him, my condolences, Smokey
