47, of Dallas, Wis., died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral services Monday, Jan. 14 at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, Wis. with interment in the Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake.
