LETTER: Congress: Cut deficit makers

To the Telegram: The debate over the federal budget makes me angry. The idea that we’re on the edge of an economic Armageddon simply isn’t true. The “fiscal cliff” is a manufactured “crisis.” Congress created this phony deadline, and they can end it.
