64, of Rice Lake, Wis., died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at the Gilman Care Center in Gilman, Wis. Visitation will be held from 1-4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake.
