Wisconsin races too close to call

MADISON, Wis. — Both the presidential race and the fight for an open U.S. Senate in Wisconsin were too close to call Tuesday night, with President Barack Obama slightly trailing Republican Mitt Romney and his running mate, Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan.
