Vikings to Christian Ponder: Stay in the pocket longer

Frazier stood by his second-year quarterback Monday, Nov. 5, a day after Christian Ponder threw for just 66 yards in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks, but said Ponder needs to be more selective about when he takes off and tries to throw on the run.
