Additional monitoring of high risk sex offenders part of Wisconsin trick-or-treat safety plan

his Halloween the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) will again be working with local law enforcement agencies across the state to closely monitor sex offenders on probation or parole and help keep children safe during Trick-or-Treat activities.
