Concussion will sideline Dale Earnhardt Jr. for two races

According to a statement released from Hendrick Motorsports, Earnhardt was “diagnosed with a concussion following the Oct. 7 race at Talladega, Ala.” The condition was diagnosed Wednesday afternoon in Charlotte, N.C.
