A song and a haircut take center stage

Rachael Kilgour and Adeline Wright team up for a double talent performance at 8 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Teatro Zuccone in Duluth. The concert/hair-show is something the wife-and-wife duo has dreamed of producing for years.
