LETTER: Docs give ‘D’ to health care

To the Telegram: In spite of what some academics may tell you, a new Jackson Healthcare survey finds that physicians give the new health law the mean grade of “D.” The more knowledgeable the physicians were about the law, the more negative their opinion.
