15, of Birchwood, Wis., died Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn. resulting from an automobile accident. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service Wednesday July 18 at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake.
