LETTER: Walker recall wasn’t justified

To the Telegram: This recall election was an assault on our electoral process. Scott Walker had done nothing illegal or immoral. He had done nothing to warrant a recall. In his fall campaign, he laid out principles and processes that he felt needed to be done to correct our state’s economy.
