John "Jack" Colbert, 60, of Birchwood, Wis., died Friday, April 6, 2012. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 9 at Appleyard's Home for Funerals, Rice Lake, and 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, April 10 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Birchwood, with Rev. Roger Kastelle officiating and interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Birchwood.
