Wisconsin Assembly debate drags on

Assembly Democrats wouldn't let one of the roughest legislative sessions in Wisconsin history end quietly, and they prolonged debate well past dawn Friday by demanding majority Republicans bring up their favorite bills and launching into rambling speeches.
