Names of 9/11 attack victims echo across WTC site

NEW YORK (AP) — Invoking refuge and strength, President Barack Obama read a biblical passage as the names of the Sept. 11 dead echoed across a transformed ground zero Sunday, a haunting but hopeful tribute to mark a decade since the worst terrorist attack on American soil.
