Twin Ports jobs rate beats Minnesota

The rate of employment growth in the Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Statistical Area exceeded the Twin Cities’ and the state’s during the past year — and so has Rochester’s and St. Cloud’s, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development announced Wednesday.
