Wisconsin preps for deluge at polls: Voter turnout could break records

With Democrats and Republicans still competing for presidential nominations, municipal and county officials are bracing for voter turnout for Wisconsin’s Feb. 19 primary of 50 percent or more in some communities or neighborhoods.
