LETTER: Editorial unfairly lumped good with bad

The Daily Telegram’s solution to shortcomings in Wisconsin’s legislative process, “Flush the Legislature’s mess, and flush lawmakers with it,” (Dec. 18) punishes the innocent along with the guilty.
