Second-half surge gives Wisconsin win over Michigan State

MADISON — The Wisconsin women’s basketball team lit it up in the second half against Michigan State Wednesday night at the Kohl Center, leading by as many as 18 points before earning its first Big Ten Conference win of the season, 84-71.
