Minnesota Power requests wholesale rate increase

Minnesota Power Co. on Friday filed a rate adjustment request with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) seeking an increase in the electric rates of its wholesale customers, which includes Superior Water, Light and Power Co.
