Favre chokes up, Brewers, Badgers breathless in 2007

MILWAUKEE — Brett Favre rang in the new year with televised tears, getting all choked up in an interview with NBC as he pondered what seemed like the end of his career after the Green Bay Packers’ victory in Chicago to end the 2006 season.
