VIEWPOINT: Society drowning in murky waters

Here in Wisconsin, in Manitowoc, there was an apparent copycat crime. Two cougars were let out of their cage and found wandering around the zoo. The culprits are still at large. The animals did not hurt anyone, were tranquilized and returned to their enclosures.
