Enbridge reports oil spill in Wisconsin; Superior-Chicago pipeline shut down

A pipeline carrying crude oil to Chicago area refineries has leaked about 1,200 barrels of oil into a Wisconsin field, Enbridge Energy Partners said Saturday.
