Would the Bucks move to the top of the draft class again after the 14th through 7th picks fell in expected order? ‘‘I said, ‘If we’re not six, I felt the premonition that we were going to be one, two or three,’’ Harris said by telephone from Secaucus, N.J. ‘‘Lo and behold, six was the number.’’
