Learn how to grow and maintain a Finnish yoghurt culture (Viili) on your kitchen countertop that will provide you with fresh yoghurt at a fraction of the cost of store bought. Participants will be provided with a starter seed to take home and an opportunity to sample some readymade viili. You will also learn a little about the history and nutritional benefits of viili. Thursday, January 17, 7:00-7:45 pm. Unlimited enrollment. Instructor: Greg Elonen.
