Toby Madden, regional economist at the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis, will discuss the role of the Federal Reserve, the banking industry and the regional economy at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, in Swenson Hall, room 1004, at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. The event is free and open to the public.
