In today's changing environment, the need for nonprofit capacity building is vitally important-for nonprofits, as well as for the communities and the individuals they serve. Your instructor will lead and examine the nine elements of capacity building and teach participants how to assess, plan and increase organizational capacity. Instructor: Dennis Johnson
