A Solon Springs woman accused of selling heroin in Superior was bound over for arraignment after waiving a preliminary hearing in Douglas County Circuit Court last week.
Paige Lee Sikorski, 19, faces four counts felony deliver heroin and one count possession with intent to deliver heroin. She was released on a $4,000 signature bond with the condition she doesn’t use or possess any controlled substance or drug paraphernalia without a valid prescription.
According to the criminal complaint:
Sikorski provided about $150 worth of heroin during four separate drug buys monitored by Superior police between July and September. Following the fourth buy, Sikorski was stopped and arrested. Some of the buy money was found in Sikorski’s purse and nearly 7 grams of heroin, worth about $2,500, was found on Sikorski.
She told Superior Police Investigator Paul Winterscheidt that she bought about 7 to 10 grams of heroin every month and regularly sold heroin to about seven people.
Sikorski’s next court appearance is scheduled for December. If convicted, she faces a maximum penalty of 12½ years imprisonment for each delivery charge and up to 15 years imprisonment for possession.
