Linda Lee Kofal, 72, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Linda was born in Fort Madison, Iowa to Lillian (Browning) and Jack Sanders on Sept. 2, 1940.
Linda graduated from Superior Central High School, class of 1958. She was employed as a private secretary prior to devoting her life to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, adoptive father Bud Hutton and her precious son John Edward Kofal.
Left to cherish her memories are Wayne “Butch” Kofal her beloved husband of 54 years; her loving daughters Becky and Debbie Kofal; her caring sister Kathy Hutton; brother Tom Jensen; devoted cousin Jim Brannon; and treasured grandson Jack Cibuzar.
As per Linda’s request, there will be no service and a private family burial will be held at the Gordon Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting donations, if desired, be sent to the Town of Barnes Park and Recreation Fund, Town of Barnes Park and Rec Dept, 3360 Cty Hwy N, Barnes, WI 54873 or to a charity of your choice.
