A Superior man will spend six months in jail and three years on probation for exposing himself to a child. Jeremy Edward Cloud, 22, pleaded guilty in Douglas County Circuit Court on Aug. 7 to first-degree child sexual assault and for exposing himself.
He was sentenced to three years of probation and six months in jail for the exposure charge. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, undergo psychological and sexual evaluations and provide a DNA sample. A deferred judgment of conviction agreement was entered on the sex assault charge.
If Cloud successfully completes probation and cooperates with the evaluations, the charge will be amended to a Class A misdemeanor with a sentence of two years of probation.
