A Duluth man will spend more than two years in prison for drug trafficking in Superior.
Troy Burrell Guyton, 30, pleaded no contest in Douglas County Circuit Court in May to four felony drug counts for delivery of heroin and cocaine.
On Tuesday, he was sentenced to 92 months — 32 months in prison and five years of extended supervision. The sentence came one day after Guyton got married, according to court records.
Guyton was ordered to undergo a chemical dependency evaluation, submit to random urinalysis and not possess, use or consume drugs. He was ordered to pay $1,400 restitution and $499 in fines and court costs.
Seven additional felony drug charges were dismissed but read in for sentencing.
According to the criminal complaint, Guyton, whose street name was “Fifty,” sold cocaine and heroin during 11 monitored drug-buys in Superior in June and July of 2012.
