The North Shore Striders running club is hosting a Tour de Feet fun run series beginning Wednesday in Superior and continuing each Wednesday until Aug. 28.
Each event in the four-race series will showcase running and walking paths in the Twin Ports and will be approximately 5 kilometers in distance in an out-and-back format. The cost to participate is $3 per event for North Shore Striders members and $5 per event for non-members.
The series will kick off Wednesday on the Osaugie Trail in Superior. The race will begin promptly at 6 p.m., starting at Loon’s Foot Landing.
The Aug. 14 race will be held on Skyline Parkway just east of Glenwood Street in Duluth, and the series returns to Superior Aug. 21 with a race on the Millennium Trail. The final race of the series will be held on the Willard Munger Trail in Duluth.

Runners can preregister for individual races or the entire series online, or they may register on the day of the event at the start line from 5-6 p.m. Maps to the events are also posted on the North Shore Striders website.
