DARLINGTON, Wis. (AP) — An 18-year-old man charged with helping his brother kill three of his young children in an Argyle house fire plans to plead guilty in the case.
Jeremy Wand allegedly helped Armin Wand set the fire that killed Armin Wand's three sons and the fetus of Armin Wand's wife, Sharon in September.
His attorney Frank Medina told Wisconsin State Journal that Jeremy Wand is expected to plead guilty to three counts of first-degree intentional homicide as well as attempted first-degree intentional homicide and felony murder.
The deal includes no guarantee that prosecutors will not seek life in prison without chance for parole. It was discussed at a hearing Wednesday morning in Lafayette County but the judge set another hearing later Wednesday so Wand can fully consider the deal's implications.
