A 29-year-old woman from Sturgeon Lake, Minn., was arrested for harboring/aiding a felon. A bail hearing was held and she remains in the Douglas County Jail after bail was set at $10,000 cash.
She is expected to make an initial appearance next week.
A hearing for a 40-year-old man from Superior arrested on charges of being a party to the crime of substantial battery was postponed until Monday. He remains in the Douglas County Jail on $100,000 cash bail set earlier this week.
The case is still actively being investigated so no further details will be released at this time, said Superior Deputy Chief Nicholas Alexander.
The name of the victim in this case is still being withheld. The victim remains in critical, but stable condition, at an area hospital.
