Our nation is experiencing the longest, lamest economic recovery since the Great Depression. In the last five years, all during the Obama recovery, the following statements are true: People living in poverty have reached the highest levels ever; there are more people receiving food stamps today than at any point in history; and household income is down nearly 10 percent.
Sounds like the president should spend a little less time at political rallies, and a little more time working with House Republicans like Sean Duffy on solutions. Duffy has supported a large number of jobs bills to get government out of the way and let small businesses do what they do best: create jobs.
