Transportation can be scheduled for your medical appointments, shopping, recreation, banking, visiting with family and friends, or for any other purpose. Transportation outside the city limits of Superior may be limited by availability.
Within the city limits of Superior the cost of rides are $6 each way and $9 each way to Duluth in the areas of Essentia Health, Miller Dwan and St. Luke’s medical facilities.
Additional costs apply to other areas within Duluth.
One way fees to and from rural Douglas County are based on distance to Superior.
Senior Connections also offers specially priced rides of $3 one way to grocery stores in Superior, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target and Menards. You need to schedule your rides in advance.
Rides are available Monday through Friday.
We would also like to remind participants already using our services that when the schools in the city of Superior are closed because of inclement weather, Senior Connections offices are closed and no program services will be available for the safety of participants and staff.
