Employment: Upper Lakes Foods for 22 years; Fleming Foods for three years before it closed; and worked for STRIDE before retiring.
Education: Holds a degree in sociology and returned to the University of Wisconsin-Superior, ending one class short of a degree in social work.
Government and civic experience: Worked with the Superior Basketball Association for 15 years, coaching, and served on the board four years. He has also coaches for the Superior Youth Organization and served as a Superior Days delegate while attending college.
Name: Peter Moeri

Family: The youngest of five children; parents work for the 3M plant in New Ulm, Minn., and are EMTs. My father also has been on our church board and a deputy reserve for both Brown and Nicollet counties in Minnesota.
Employment: I have spent the last five years working at Applebee’s in Superior.
Education: I spent Kindergarten through my senior year of high school in private Lutheran schools in New Ulm. He moved to Superior to attend the University of Wisconsin-Superior and is working on a degree in history.
