Can you experience God’s miracles in a dream?
“You’re a dreamer!” This phrase can either be a put down or praise. To the naïve optimist, the statement could be an attempt to bring the person back to reality. For the visionary, it can be an affirmation for their ability to look beyond present circumstances.By: By Pastor Mark, Superior Telegram

Joseph, the guardian father of Jesus was a dreamer. I do not know if he was a visionary or an optimist, but I know his dreams enabled him to know the will of God. Four of his dreams are recorded in the Gospel of Matthew. The first was received to validate the miracle at work in the life of Mary his betrothed. The second warned him of Herod’s plan to destroy the infant Jesus, commanding Joseph to take his family into the safety of Egypt. The third dream gave Joseph the green light to return to Israel after Herod’s death. His last dream directed him to live in the region of Galilee instead of Judea.
The topic raises an interesting question. Do you dream God’s dreams? Maybe not specific dreams like Joseph, but are you able, with God’s help, to look beyond your present situation and envision the plans God has for you?
We are not accidents. Our existence is the result of God’s divine plan that has a specific purpose for each of us. Knowing His plans is not only possible but obtainable. All it requires is the willingness to dream with God, and then, just like Joseph, act on His vision.
