Tuesday's sports postponements

Tonight’s boys basketball games between Superior High School and Chippewa Falls has been postponed due to no school in Chippewa Falls because of freezing rain.

Also postponed tonight were Superior’s girl hockey at home vs. Webster, and Northwestern High School’s wrestling match and girls basketball game. Both Tiger events were against Ladysmith.

Make-up dates on all events will be announced soon.

Practice times for SHS basketball teams today are:

JV and varsity girls at SHS after school until 4:15 p.m.

JV and varsity boys at SHS 4:15 to 5 pm.

“C” team girls at normal time at Superior Middle School.

“C” team boys at 5:15 p.m. at SMS.

The Spartans play a doubleheader at Duluth East on Thursday. The girls game is at 5:45 p.m., followed by the boys at 7:45 p.m.
