Meeting addresses landlord issues

Superior Landlords Association Program meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Superior Public Library.

Topics include information landlords need to know about Superior Water Light & Power requirements for contacting a landlord before utility transfers from tenants to landlords name, and Superior Fire Departments right to enter for inspections.

Vicki Drake, a specialist in lead issues, attends and answers questions about lead paint. Pamphlets on renovation and protecting families from lead paint, and disclosure forms are available. It’s good information to have even if you’re not a landlord.

The remainder of the meeting will be an open discussion of other topics of interest.
