SHARE group taking food orders

Lake Superior SHARE will be taking orders for January food packages through Thursday. Lake Superior SHARE is part of a volunteer-run network of food buying clubs serving Minnesota and Wisconsin specializing in meat and fresh produce, in partnership with the Fare For All warehouse located in New Hope, Minn. Anyone can participate, regardless of income. Deadline for January orders is midnight on Thursday. All modes of payment are welcome with the online order form, located online at www.sharefoodclub.org. Anyone can print-off the order form or call the regional office for one, 218-727-2088. The forms should be mailed to SHARE, PO Box 161154, Duluth, MN 55816. Pick-up will be on Jan. 26 at various sites in the area, including Superior, Solon Springs and Iron River. The group has been growing steadily since it re-opened in November.
