Motorists should be aware of a lane closure in Superior beginning Monday, Jan. 7.

Motorists should be aware of a lane closure in Superior beginning Monday, Jan. 7. The north bound lanes of U.S. Highway 53 from 2nd Avenue East to “E” Street will be closed beginning 9 a.m. Monday until Friday, Jan. 11, to allow for Superior Water Light and Power crews to perform maintenance work on an underground water main. Detours will be posted directing motorists to follow U.S. Highway 2 northbound to the Bong Bridge. Motorists should expect delays.
