Tiger matmen compete in River Falls

The Northwestern High School wrestling team competed in the Northern Badger Wrestling Classic Friday and Saturday at River Falls.

Luke Jarman was the Tigers’ top finisher, placing 10th and picking up 17 team points.

Quentin Seger also picked up six points and Jay Karich and Jackson Doller had three points apiece for Northwestern, which finished in 11th place.

St. Croix Central won the team title with 222.5 points.

The Tigers host Barron at 7 p.m. Thursday.
