LETTER: Boast proves to be a lie
To the Telegram: With all of the over-rated commercials on the local KQDS Fox Television Station trying to boast that it is the “Official Green Bay Packers Television Station,” I would have imagined for sure that a station trying to portray itself in this way surely would show a game in which that team is playing with the longest NFL rivalry known to football, and a game with as many implications as that game had.

With all of the over-rated commercials on the local KQDS Fox Television Station trying to boast that it is the “Official Green Bay Packers Television Station,” I would have imagined for sure that a station trying to portray itself in this way surely would show a game in which that team is playing with the longest NFL rivalry known to football, and a game with as many implications as that game had.
But guess what — the self-proclaimed people’s “Official Green Bay Packers Television Station” again let down Green Bay Packer fans and fans of the NFL in general.
Instead of airing the Packers on the “Official Green Bay Packers Television Station,” they chose to air another game with many fewer implications altogether and leave the great Packer fans in the cold, without television coverage.
Please KQDS, in the future, don’t portray yourself as something you are obviously not able to stand up for and back to the loyal fans of the 13-time World Champion Green Bay Packers.
Dennis McCauley,
Superior
