The Northwestern High School wrestling and girls baseball teams came up on the short end of final scores Thursday night.

The Tiger matmen lost at Hayward 63-6 while the NSH girls lost at home to Bloomer 53-32.
Nate Markem won Northwestern’s match via forfeit at 145 pounds.

Girls Hoops
The Bloomer Blackhawks jumped out to a 18-8 lead after the first quarter and never looked back in a 53-32 win over Northwestern.
Kayla Ruff and Isabelle Rothbauer led Bloomer with 14 and 13 points, respectively.
Amanda Ogren led the Tigers with eight points.
The Tiger girls are at Spooner at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
